Like The Iron Lady, this is a great bio pic for someone like myself who knew nothing about J. Edgar Hoover before. The movie was a drag in many place in a odd narrative like Iron Lady was except it wasn't Thatcher verbally narrating it.
Leonardo DiCaprio was highly snubbed for an Oscar nomination because at no point did I think Leo's voice wasn't believable. The make up was fantastic I don't know what the critics are thinking especially Armie Hammer who did a better job old than young .
The lighting was like a normal Clint Eastwood movie which made this movie more boring because you couldn't see alot but it is still a good movie.
