Review of J. Edgar (2011) by Douglas R — 03 May 2012

I think J Edgar is just as good as any biopic on J Edgar Hoover is going to get. And that is not great. The man was an enigma. While things about his life were suspect and obvious, they were never recorded as fact.

However, Dustin Lance Black's script makes some pretty believable assumptions along with the items that are historically accurate. I suppose it is worth a rent.
