Review of J. Edgar (2011) by Nick B — 18 Sep 2012

I really appreciated this movie for what it was and the scenes that were powerful really hit but then there were parts of the movie that were complete misses. I find the scene with DiCaprio and Hammer to be powerful when he realized that he loves/needs him to be a powerful moment and his breakdown after his mother [Dench] dies is a strong moment but it was a little slow in some parts as well.
