Review of I've Loved You So Long (2008) by Denilson B — 26 Dec 2010

Best French film I've seen in a long time. Powerful, moving. Reminds you of the fragility of humanity. Story has a strong focus on the characters, would also make a great dramatic play. Amazing effort of first-time director Philippe Claudel, who gave a great Q&A session to the audience at the Palace Cinema Academy Twin in Oxford Street on 11/12/08, which I enjoyed (despite a few silly questions from the audience and people getting up from their seats during the Q&A session).
