A charming film that is very relatable for every teen in the medicated generation who went through those awkward unconfident phases. There's also a good mix of creative storytelling throughout, and gives plenty of insight about little life lessons along the way.
Gilchrist was very convincing, but it's the very likable and always funny Galifinakis that steals the show. The characters are all great, everyone has little quirks to them... like One Flew Over the Cuckoo's Nest as subtle hilarious comedy.
