Funny and touching look at the lives of some desperate people who are just trying to get through life and end up being hospitalized. Zach Galifianakis totally shines in this, putting his off beat humor to good use, and Keir Giilchrist and Emma Roberts do a great job too, plus the music video scene is just great.
