Review of It's All Gone Pete Tong (2004) by Eugenio T — 29 Aug 2011
An interesting fictional documentary about a well-known DJ who goes deaf only to rediscover his unique DJ'ing ability later on down the line.
The usual voyage of self-discovery takes place although the ending is quite refreshing. It is well written and performed and features an impressive soundtrack and array of real life DJs. Definitely one film that you will enjoy as it sends a strong message about acceptance and dealing with a disability and that disabled people are no different and often better than those who are more fortunate.
