A holiday classic with an important message, It's A Wonderful Life is one of those films that after you've seen it, you rush to show it to your family and friends. This is the perfect example of what film is supposed to be.

Frank Capra does a beautiful directing job. To say the acting is magnificent is an understatement. This film is funny and heartbreaking all in one. My only complaint is the lack of subtlety in Clarence's character development, but that can be chalked up to the cheesiness of the 40's.

And that's ultimately irrelevant because, by the end, this movie makes you feel just so gosh darn good about yourself and your life that you end up rejoicing through your tears. I recommend everyone see this film.
