Review of It's a Wonderful Life (1946) by Diego T — 12 Apr 2012
It's corny, smarmy, and has racial undertones that, when examined, make the whole thing very unsettling. And it's all undone by two big, blatant facts. 1) Pottersville is much more enjoyable and happy than Bedford Falls, and 2) George Bailey is a communist.
