Review of It's a Wonderful Life (1946) by Catherine N — 03 Nov 2015
Frank Capra - amazing auteur or right wing pro-capitalist, defender of the Catholic League, his "It's a Wonderful Life" which I've finally convinced JNS to watch with me, is a beautiful and touching film.
The dialogue is clever, the performances, especially Stewart, fantastic. For fun watch Hitchcock's " Shadow of a Doubt" to compare the suburban underbellies depicted. It doesn't have to be Christmas time to lasso the moon.
