Review of It's a Gift (1923) by Larry D — 06 Jul 2007
This movie cracks me up. Kathleen Howard is JUST as funny as Fields. Plus, this is also one of the great films of The Great Depression. It's like a funny version of The Grapes of Wrath. And the moment near the end between Fields and the dog is one of the most poignant ever put on film.
I tear up every time.
