The epitome of charm, this romantic comedy is a highly influential classic. It's fuelled by Frank Capra's lively, alluring direction and an equally engaging script. This is one of the funniest films I've seen in a while - I was particularly impressed with the way everyday events were melded into brilliant comedic scenes.
Clark Gable and Claudette Colbert play their roles to the utmost perfection, and their chemistry cannot be denied.
