Review of It Follows (2015) by Bek A — 31 Oct 2016
It features a basic premise, but the execution is excellent and the cinematography is outstanding. It's a throwback to 80's horror films. The basic premise is the lead actress sleeps with a guy and he passes a curse to her of a creature that will follow her until it kills her, or she sleeps with someone else and passes it on.
As I said, the premise is simple, but the film manages to be scary and engaging. Worth a watch!
