When I first stumbled across the trailer for this film, I wasn't too excited about it. It came across as something that had been done before without giving any detail what so ever. The movie itself was about as exciting as the trailer.
The first seen was probably the best part of the movie. It was fresh and exciting and had me completely pumped for what I was about to experience. This was the last bit of horror however. There were a few moments that had me on edge but they were quickly overthrown by something that didn't add up.
Nothing at all is revealed about the thing that "follows" and that disapoints me. After the movie was over, I found myself thinking "that's it?" I don't understand how this movie got rave reviews.
It wasn't a horror movie. It wasn't a suspense movie. I honestly don't know what to classify this movie as. The only reason I am rating this movie as a 1 is thanks to the first scene.
