This movie has an interesting premise, but it's dull as a doorknob and not scary at all. I would sooner call it supernatural than a horror movie. Also the setting is bizarre and unnerving (they watch black & white tv, but have an e-reader), the characters' actions never make any sense.
If anything, it's a real homage to teen slasher flicks of the 80s, with more sex, more nudity, but much tamer in the scariness department.
