It Follows is refreshing and original. Everything from the period ambiguity to the terrifying incarnations of "it", this is film is one of the best horror stories of the last decade. Composer Disasterpeace made one of the most terrifying electronic scores in cinematic history that puts a finishing touch on this movie like no other.
The John Carpenter/1980s horror homage is seeping through the cracks of "It Follows" and it is a better film for it.
