If you approach it as a horror film, then I think it might disappoint. But it's great filmmaking is evident in very shot and mise en scene. This film reminded me of an updated and less self indulgent version of Kids from the 90s.
This isn't a movie for those that like their films to be tied up in nice packages and easy to unwrap. It forces you to read between the lines and think outside the box.
