The goods: the '80s retro aesthetic and a star-making turn by Monroe.
The bads: an un-clarified world, no genuine terror (did anyone really believe anyone could be caught by those glacier-paced baddies?) and the most audio-assaulting soundtrack I've ever heard that couldn't have thrown me more out of the mood for a thriller.
