First off I'd like to say this film was mismarketed. It's marketed as a horror film that has jump scares and follows the formula of new age horror movies. This isn't the case. This is a slow burn character driven movie about two families living in a post apocalyptic world.
It's very well written and acted. The editing was a bit confusing during some parts, but other than that it was a great film. This generation of kids need to realise that horror movies aren't all jump scares and blood.
