It: Chapter 2 is better than most of the critics are saying. It is a bit long in parts and there is so much character development it can get tedious, however the jump scares are there and the heart is there.
My only complaint is that the adults argue more than the kids did in the first film and after a while you think, 'guys, maybe if you listened to each other this film wouldn't be three hours long'.
