IT : Chapter One and now IT : Chapter Two are both better movies than the 1990 made for TV miniseries/movie. People really are hating on this movie. Most people I've seen in comments on Instagram, Facebook, Youtube, and such or in reviews even on Rotten Tomatoes and IMDB either love IT : Chapter Two or at least think it's good/good enough.
It's a damn good film.
