Im sorry, I dont see the hype. There are scattered creepy moments, but ultimately Skarsgard is not particularly scary as Pennywise and none of the heroes are all that interesting either. By the end its all rather silly.
.. I'll say this though, it beats the snot out of AHS' current clown saga.
