Not scary at all.
A few negative points: The camera movement was boring, the scares where repetitive and unimaginative and the clown, oh the clown, he moved so fucking unnatural. But that didn't make it scary, just goofy. Pennywise was actually really goofy. It was cliche and boring, not much build up for the scares and therefore not much psychological horror, just gore.
But I also liked a few things: The kid actors were all good, bevs dad was creepy af, and the parts with georgie were really sad.
Still, I don't think this was worth my money.
