Let me preface this by saying I love a good horror movie and there have been some that did the job in the last 10 years, Don't breath, The Conjuring and the Visit come to mind. "It" was, sad to say just OK.
There were great aspects to it Bill S is great as Pennywise and the child actors (Teen) were extremely effective but there were really no real scares for me or my daughter who saw it with me. Really great effects but that is a given with this kind of budget.
Bottom line is it just was OK!
