Review of It (2017) by Andrew K — 07 Sep 2017
Tense. That's the best word to describe this movie. The moment before they scare you are edge of your seat moments every single time. Pennywise is effectively creepy and you fear him just like the Loser Club.
The kids in this movie are phenomenal. Richie (Finn Wolfhard) and Eddie (Jack Dylan Glazer) are exceptionally talented. This movie was funny, authentic, creepy, scary, and all around a good time. It lacks the jump out of your seat scares you would expect from a movie like this, but that's not always a bad thing.
