Review of Irreversible (2002) by Ade S — 09 Feb 2012

Interesting movie, with scenes shot in reverse order - (Much like Memento) about an evening that goes bady wrong, with some extremely violent scenes. Shot over a relatively small number of scenes in comparison to most movies, Some scenes are definitely not for the fainthearted - An early scene consists of a extremely graphic violent altercation in a gay club, but if you can sit through that, it sets you up for one of the main scenes featuring Monica Bellucci in an underground tunnel, which is also violent, difficult to watch, and overly extended.

Don't expect to be in a good mood when this is over. I'll try to watch this in chronological order, and have some Tom and Jerry lined up for afters..
