Review of Ironclad (2011) by Zac D — 26 Jul 2011
My expectations were not high leading in to the viewing. Even with the promise of, and I quote "Braveheart meets Seven Samurai." Ironclad has star power(Cox and Giamatti), but even they could not save the film(and you figure a veteran like Giamatti could at least get the British accent down).
What is left is a muck of a film. A rushed piece that leaves you yawning even while swords are cleaving arms left and right. Poor film.
