Nazis from the moon take over the Earth in 2018 and it is upto one black-white man and one hot Nazi to save us all. The satire is as subtle as invasive brain surgery, be it the Sarah Palin caricature or the obvious infamous scene from Downfall.
The CGI looks good for a small budget film that was 10% fan-funded, but once the novelty of the sci-fi trope of moon nazis and steampunk wears off, the film's pretty stupid and not funny stupid.
