This is pretty much just a light fun flick - sort of a cross between Dr. Strangelove and Sky Captain & The World Of Tomorrow. A campy story of Nazis who have been hiding on the dark side of the moon, plotting to attack the Earth.
Much mayhem and silliness ensues! It spends most of its time making fun of American politics....well, world politics for that matter. Great sets and special effects.
