I really would have come down on the side who think it's a fun cult movie. But recommending it means I'd feel embarrassed for making people sit through the first 10 minutes especially, which contains some really unfunny racial stereotyping.
A black astronaut 'talking jive' after being captured, really? Anyway: 3 stars for anyone capable of overlooking that.
