Shows its modest budget only in that we're used to seeing Michael Bay extravagance with these types of setups, but ultimately becomes much more meaningful satire than you would expect from a B movie with this premise, and, for me, in the end it hit a lot harder than Dr.
Strangelove, while being prettier and more entertaining for the duration.
