Review of Iron Sky (2012) by Mike C — 24 Oct 2012
I really wanted to like this movie. I did. But, it tries to hard to be funny when this could have been less over the top and still been a great idea. The premise of Nazi's on the moon, isn't horribly far fetched and could have made for a decent film going experience.
That being said, all the horrible sex jokes and anti-American humor basically killed the experience for me. Too much bad takes away from the good here, and despite an ending that I didn't see coming this movie is far too stupid, far too often to take this seriously enough to enjoy even in the sense of a B movie going experience.
