Review of Iron Sky (2012) by Bob W — 15 Feb 2013
This film couldn't work out if it was a zany, tongue-in-cheek critique of modern U.S. politics or an off the wall sci-fi shlock thiller. It also got lost somewhere in the mid-atlantic as it had both an American and European feel to it but somehow the two components didn't quite gel.
A worthwhile effort nonehteless, I always applaud when directors/producers try somethng new but if this is supposed to be a comedy then it is largely humourless; if it is meant to be an aphorism tale then it sends mixed messages.
