Delightfully bad. The premise is way better than the actual film, some (or a lot of) work on the script would have helped. The special effects notch this up above similar low budget fare, and there isn't enough of the Nazis on the moon for my liking.
Still, kudos for having the temerity to show the Nazis turning a stereotypical black man into an Aryan specimen.
