Do you self a favor and skip this film. The heroes are Nazi sympathizers and a black man in freakishly odd white face, see ( White Chicks). It's as if Hitler himself wrote the script if he had a lobotomy and saw a carebears movie.
I'd call it propaganda but it sucked to much to brain wash me.
