It does have a lot of well known Marvel characters that contribute to a basic story that is entertaining. The Technovore idea and Ezekiel are well done and lead to a great story with a younger newer technology to face Tony Stark.
The animation is great and is very well done and add another element to the film that makes it more enjoyable to watch. It was lacking a little in the decision to have SHIELD chase Iron Man, but it does set up for more awesome action sequences.
