Review of Iron Man 3 (2013) by Ghopp8 — 13 May 2013
Iron Man 3, while not being better than the original Iron Man, is far improved when compared to Iron Man 2. Robert Downey Jr. is in his typical smart-alec humorist, narcissistic, bad ass mantra, while this time developing more of a heart as his relationship with people and Pepper blossom.
The action in this film is extremely intense and blood pumping, while not over powering the plot. The plot is equally enthralling, leaving you on the edge of your seat, but giving you enough dramatic irony to make you empathize with the characters.
Tony Starks interplay with the boy in Tennessee is charming, and enough to make the most judgmental appreciate Tony Stark. Ben Kingsley's cameo is brilliant and hysterical. Sadly I'm left wondering how Iron Man really gets the bad guys, it just kind of.
.. happens. Overall, good movie. amongst the best superhero movies being made currently. Not a spectacular, but still a great movie.
