During a dark period of comic movies like spiderman 3, Iron Man is a blast of fresh air. Downey unibeams his way back into hollywoods heart in his potrayal as stark. The writing and effects were very well done.
what kept the movie from a 5 star is the dissapointing casting of paltrow, bridges and howard, the lack of a moving score and a good villain which says a lot about this rating if it only took off 1 star.
