The 3rd act does a lot to save this sequel... I was afraid that it was taking itself a bit seriously once the disc began to spin, but it does eventually evolve into an amusing ride with some strong characters.
Let's be real though... nothing I say could say would sway the public from an Iron Man movie anyway. :).
