Review of Iron Man 2 (2010) by Arthur B — 15 Dec 2017
Though this film isn't quite as revolutionary as Iron Man, this sequel still showcases solid performances by Robert Downey Jr. and company and delivers a very action-packed plot. My biggest gripe with the film was that it acted as a prequel to The Avengers rather than try to solely focus on Iron Man's development.
I actually liked seeing Don Cheadle in this film as War Machine (who replaced Terrence Howard). The movie does suffer with a weak, underdeveloped villain that doesn't pose nearly as much of a threat as Stane from the first Iron Man.
