Besides all of the special effects, I believe marvel stepped up their game by including top notch action without the iron suit. Stark and Cornel James both made this film entertaining without guns and explosions. Iron Man 1 and 2 seemed as if Shane Black tried too hard to impress the audience with the iron suit, while in the 3rd one Shane includes hands on combat fighting which really changed it up a bit. Robert Downey Jr. is always a joy to watch due to his edgy humor and excellent acting. But with his humor and acting combined together with the iron man suit, it is pure perfection. But don't get me wrong, there were parts where it was a little too hard to understand, such as the vice president getting arrested, why did the iron suit just automatically just weaken once touched by the villains but when he gets a missile to the chest he gets right back up.... Besides those few things I give this movie 2 thumbs!
