This is more of the same, which isn't a bad thing. Once again the best moments are in the humour. The scene in the congressional hearing when Tony commandeers the screens to turn the tables on Senator Stern and Justin Hammer is Downey Jr at his best.
Micky Rourke is a great addition as the villain and it's always good to see Sam Rockwell. In the end it does become somewhat generic but it is still good fun.
