Overall, the movie is very well done. Nothing is held back, and the brutal treatment of the women is graphically displayed. It's a very accurate portrayal of what really happened. The problem with the movie lies in Patrick Dempsey's part; his role was near unnecessary and only detracted from the movie's overall experience.
