If you're looking for a simplistic fairy tale about love and marriage that will placate you and tell you that love is an easy and magical thing that will all fall into place once you get married, then you'll be sorely disappointed.
Though sometimes verging on the fantastical, I often found the obviously unrealistic moments, seemed more honest and true about relationships than most movies out there.
