Review of Ip Man 3 (2015) by Victor H — 12 Feb 2016

I didn't even know that they made a third Ip Man movie, I was just searching theaters in Sacramento and saw that it was showing at one of the theaters so I decided to go see it seeing that I love the first two and they're some of my favorite Kung-Fu movies I was very excited to see this movie.

I didn't watch a trailer or anything j just went in open minded, and for the first 30 minutes I was really really not enjoying this movie. Plus the addition of Mike Tyson really took me out of the movie this guy can not act.

But then the movie flips on itself and it actual becomes good. In the beginning it was really boring, and the drama was really kinda ridiculous, but after they established what they needed to, the movie became good.

I really loved watching the fight scenes in this movie they were so fun and crazy, not as good as the first two movies fight scenes but they're fun. I would recommend this movie to anyone who has seen the first two, expect a slower more drama based movie more than an action one.

Though this movie does lose tract of its direction in some ways it is still a very interesting and fun. Defiantly the weakest film in the trilogy but it's not as bad and the prequel and the old man Ip Man movie were.

There isn't much I can say about this movie because it is a third movie in the franchise and it's in Chinese no English dub just subtitles.
