A little bit of history, and a lot of Kung Fu. If you like Kung Fu movies you will probably like this. This is not wire-fu, it is more of an old-school traditional martial arts movie, but with more storytelling and memorable characters.
And it is a semi-biographical story about a real person. Chinese martial arts don't look any smoother than when Donnie Yen is performing them.
