Review of Ip Man (2008) by Tuukka P — 13 Jan 2014
The story of Ip Man the Kung-Fu master who lived in China during the Japanese invasion in the WWII and later taught f.i. Bruce Lee in Hong Kong. A quite typical Wushu-film with many great fight scenes with inventive coreography.
The Japanese are (as expected in a Chinese production) portrayed as villanious murderers. Not one the greats of this genre but worth checking out especially if you like martial arts movies.
