Review of Invisible Children (2006) by Matthew S — 26 Feb 2011
Invisible Children is certainly not your most prepared and cohesively put together documentary, but this is no reason in the least why the film should not be shown more and discussed more. The three young men who stitched together this eye opening piece use a simple and straightforward method of revealing their issue, which in due respect, is perhaps what more documentaries should be doing now a days instead of prancing around the issue.
The rawness of this piece is truly unforgettable as the boys said that it would be. With this in mind, it is to be noted that they accomplished what they set out to do and so much more. Go out and see this.
