Elton Chong stars as a martial arts whiz-kid named Chuck, who, after being taught by master Leon Chan, becomes an expert in the Shaolin "13 styles" and all forms of swordplay. On a secret mission for General Ching, Chan escorts a treasure to a section of the Yangtze River where a flood has ravaged the area. In his way is Eagle, a henchman of General Ching, who inflicts a fatal wound on Chan. Now it is up to Chuck to save the day and avenge his master. Mad trad kung fu all the way!
