Review of Invincible (2013) by Don S — 08 Jul 2011
Nice movie about an average guy who overcomes near impossible odds to become an NFL player. The characters feel real, the situations are based on a true story, and the acting is above average on the whole.
I thought Kinnear underplayed Vermeil a bit, but not to the point it ruined the movie. I could have done without the love story though. If you like sports movies or rooting for the underdog, this is a movie you should check out.
